1-WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. FREE SHIPMENT
2-Make sure your shipping address and zip code carefully before you pay. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to undeliverable wrong address.
3-We need 0-3 working days to prepare your order according to our numerous orders every day. Please understand the delay because of the holiday.
4- We cannot control the transport as it is handled by the 3rd party, but we would ship the parcel out at the very first moment.
5-Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. There charges are buyer’s responsibility. Pls check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
6-Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.
If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!
If you choose the free shipping option, your parcel will be directly delivered your home only one time or it will send to your local post office,then you need to take your tracking number and your personal ID to collect your items. We will inform you immediately once your parcel have been sent out.
Return & Exchange Police
1- If you received a defective item, the customer has up to 7 days from date of receipt to request for refund or exchange for a new one.
2- If you received a wrong item, Items must be returned in its original and unused condition & must also be in its original box and packing.
