RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Sanbro store policy lasts 365 Days , if 365 days gone by since
your purchased , unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange .
To be eligible for a return , your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it .it must also be in the original Packaging. To complete your return, we are require a receipt or proof of purchase .Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds ( if applicable )
Once your return is received and
inspected , we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned
item . we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund .
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a
credit will automatically be a applied to your credit card or original method
of payment, within a certain amount of days .
Late of missing Refunds ( if applicable )
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company , it may take some time before your refund is officially posted .Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exchanges ( if applicable )
Sanbro only replace items if they are detective or damage . If you need to exchange it for the dame item send us Email at. sales@san-bro.com
Shipping refund or exchange .
To return or exchange your product you should contact us first at sales@san-bro.com
you will be responsible for paying for own shipping costs for
returning your items . shipping costs are non-refundable
from your refund .
Refunds :
Your satisfaction is the first priority , therefore you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered product if :
You do not receive them within the guaranteed ( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing )
You receive the wrong items We do
Not issue the refund if :
If your order Reach to your address correctly as your request .
Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control ( e.g. providing the wrong shipping address )
Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control ( e.g. not cleared by customs , delayed by natural disaster )
We do not allow refunds or exchanges because of you change of mind .
You can submit refund request within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery ( 45 days ) has expired . You can do it by sending massage at sales@san-bro.com . Please allow 21 days for your refund to processed.
